On February 18, the qualifying round in the UK and Ireland for the Cacao Barry World Chocolate Masters was held in Westminster Kingsway College in London.
The lucky winner who will participate in the final in Paris next October is Alistair Birt, a lover of chocolate from a very early age. Under the tutorage of Yolande Stanley MCA, he travelled across the UK and America visiting top industry names, which cumulated in him representing the UK in pastry at WorldSkills in Canada in 2009.
