The House of Dior opened in June 2015 in Seoul, and was designed by the architect Christian de Portzamparc, with a Pierre Hermé Dior Café on the top floor.
Now, a little over a year after opening, the French pastry chef has created a dessert to commemorate the date, which captures some of the House’s codes, and the look of the Korean building itself.
It is a soufflé covered in mascarpone cream with a perfumed rose flavor and a touch of quince, apple, and rose compote, topped with the designer’s star talisman.
