Talking about Christophe Adam (so good #5, so good #13) is talking about passion for pastry since the age of 16, who has worked in Crillon or Fauchon, and in 2010 started a personal project in Paris, l’Éclair de Genie, which offers an extensive collection of éclairs and fresh-made chocolate creations. An idea that has become so successful that it is having an international impact, especially in Japan, where he has six stores. A few days ago, he also opened two new shops, this time in Seoul, at the Shinsegae shopiing centre (Department Store B1, 175 Shinnanpo-ro, Seocho-gu), and in Hong Kong at the Pacific Place shopping centre.

Without a doubt, 2015 is being a good year for Christophe, who, among other things, has been recognized as Best Pastry Chef in the Prix d’Excellence Relais Desserts.
