Antonio Bachour unveils his repertoire in Savour Chocolate and Patisserie
Savour Chocolate & Patisserie, the school run by Kirsten Tibballs in Australia, is in full swing these days, with Antonio Bachour as a guest chef.
The center, which is characterized by giving classes to a maximum of 12 students, has made an exception in response to the great interest shown in the presence of the chef who lives in Miami. Also, the school has organized its first course on restaurant desserts with Bachour, a very complete a course where the Miami-based chef creates a long list of dishes. But that’s not all, during the two weeks of classes and recordings for the online campus of Savour School, he decided to unveil an endless repertoire of his latest creations.
Antonio Bachour has taught buffet desserts and entremets, in addition to his latest plated proposals, to students who get more and more excited to be able to share space and experiences with this dynamic master pastry chef every day.
