Could a machine ever learn to appreciate the taste of chocolate?

The vast potential of artificial intelligence is on the brink to making this possible. The ESADE Research Group on Knowledge Engineering (GREC) is running creative experiments with chocolate chef Oriol Balaguer to prove that computers can be trained to learn from the experts, develop sensory abilities and even come up with tips of their own. The creative experiments, held at ESADECREAPOLIS with Oriol Balaguer and his team, are part of the Sensorial Project, an initiative led by ESADE professors Nuria Agell and Monica Casabayó.
