At the iba fair in Munich the DÜBÖR Group came up with one of those things, which make work much more easier.
The DÜBÖR cookie press for solid masses works with compressed air and is very suitable for Marzipan, short pastry, choux pastry or macaroon pastry.
Solid masses and doughs can be processed quickly and easily with no great effort. It is very easy to handle: Just fill in the masses, you would like to work with, adjust the pressure and the amount of masses you need to work with and start your work. With the large cylinder content of 1,6kg you have less time for re-fillin and huge time savings. You can work for ours without tired arms.
Various motif disk are available, so you can arrange a wide product diversity to match the season. The nozzles can be changed very quickly and own nozzles can be used as well.
The surface of the cylinder has a smooth hygienic design which gives you less residues and an easy way of cleaning. The material does not get in contact with the compressed air, so it is also a very hygienic way of working.
DÜBÖR showed the cookie press in the demonstration center at iba and once visitors worked with it, they did not want to leave it once again.
