Brief History: In 2015, the Italian company Silikomart launched Hangar 78, a modern training facility.

It is presented as a center for experimentation and research on new forms of pastry design that actually has two classrooms. The main one, for practice, consists of 16 “stalls” or perfectly equipped work spaces. And the second, with capacity for 24 people, hosts demonstrations and courses for professionals and amateurs, taught by Frank Haasnoot, Claire Damon, Philippe Conticcini, Nina Tarasova and Cécile Farkas, among many other great pastry chefs.

Brief description of its pastry program:

  • Master of Pastry Innovation: three months of immersive training with renowned international pastry chefs. Choux pastry, macarons, petits gâteaux and panettones are some of the creations that are covered during this course.
  • Workshops for professionals and amateurs.

Other facilities: The facilities have a complete shop where all the brand’s products are exhibited.
