Two emblematic culinary training centers in their corresponding countries, École Ducasse in France, and Instituto Gato Dumas in Argentina, have announced a collaboration agreement that will begin to bear fruit this April. As a kick off for this agreement, the director of the École Nationale Superieure de Patisserie (ENSP), belonging to the Ducasse group, Luc Debove, will give a masterclass at the Gato Dumas facilities in Buenos Aires.

In the coming weeks, students from the South American center, with extensions also in Uruguay and Colombia, will be able to enjoy four-week intensive courses around the classics of French pastry and the best cuisine of Alain Ducasse. Both training sessions will take place in English and in Paris.

“This collaboration between both centers is an important step in our international growth strategy,” said Elise Mesurel, director of the Ecole Ducasse. “The French school not only wants to extend its values and technical knowledge to other corners of the world, but also enrich our mission of preparing the chefs of tomorrow through an authentically multicultural vision.”
