Name of School: T DESSERT International Pastry Academy (TIPA)
Brief History: International pastry school that focuses on teaching boutique dessert with professional skills and artistic design. It defines itself as a platform for all dessert enthusiasts and for people in China to be in touch with the latest global skills and creative ideas.
It is located in the 798 Art District and surrounded by art studios and galleries. With a space of almost 700 m2, it has classrooms measuring 70 m2.
Its faculty is made up of chefs who come from different parts of the world (France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.), who work in famous patisseries or restaurants with Michelin stars and who interpret French pastry with passion and creativity.

Brief description of its pastry program: The objective of T DESSERT is to offer students who attend the classes a chance to get to know first-hand information about the leading skills and ideas of French pâtisserie and Michelin level desserts. That is why, in 2018, it organized more than 12 master classes with great and popular chefs to convey its philosophy of work and passion to the students.
Other facilities: Every classroom is designed with different concepts, international standard kitchen and facilities, integration teaching mode and manage under proper kitchen rule, in which students can gain real-life kitchen experience.
