Hug’s latest release is a mini coffee-Tartelettes Filigrano Butter Round 3.8cm for high-end gastronomy, restaurateurs, caterers, and all other creative people in the kitchen who want to offer something special to their guests.

With a long shelf life of 12 months, these tartlets, flavored with coffee with visible coffee beans, are made with specially selected raw materials according to the HUG charter, and are suitable for hot and cold recipes. Other strong points are the optimal dough / filling ratio, a transparent glaze without trans fats, and cocoa butter that guarantees a crunchy texture and a high quality short crust pastry with 100% Swiss butter.

For this dessert, the company has used a sustainably grown coffee that is made up of 70% arabica and 30% robusta. The coffee beans used for the fine shortcrust pastry are always freshly roasted and gently ground and come from Brazil, Honduras, and Ethiopia. Its aroma is very intense due to the strong and dark roasting of the beans.
