From a very young age, this French chef integrated cooking and gastronomy as an element of his daily, family life. With studies in cooking and pastry, he worked alongside great chefs such as Christophe Michalak and came second in the television program ‘Qui se le prochain grand pâtissier?’ In search of new challenges, he joined the Prova Gourmet team, the vanilla and coffee specialist, as head of creation.
