Kyohei Mikami

Although he trained in some well-established French-style pastry shops in Tokyo, Kyohei Mikami applies his Japanese point of view to his pastries.

The chef, who is also an advisor, opened his first pastry shop in one of Tokyo’s upper-class residential areas in November 2022. About six months later, he opened an exclusive dessert restaurant next to the shop. Mikami sells different types of pastries, basic products of Japanese pastry, and five types of fresh cakes made based on the ‘art to go’ concept.
