Originally from Russia, trained in Paris (École Ferrandi), and settled in Vancouver Canada, this pastry chef demonstrates a personal, colourful style based on classic pastry flavors that she subtly updates using all sorts of influences from her journeys. Elena Krasnova has recently begun to run the pastry shop of her dreams, Mon Paris Pâtisserie, a name that already serves as a letter of introduction to know the chef’s influences and from where runs a varied pastry with a popular vocation.
