Valrhona celebrates its 100th anniversary in New York in style

Ana RodríguezOn the occasion of its 100th anniversary, Valrhona organized a party in New York in February, with a cocktail and dance, which was attended by more than 250 guests.
The site chosen for the celebration was Les Halls des Lumieres, an emblematic building located in the center of Manhattan, which offers unforgettable immersive experiences through 150 video projectors.
The four North American Valrhona Corporate Pastry Chefs, along with two Valrhona Chefs who came from France, presented a spectacular six foot tall and 2.6 foot wide birthday cake made with Komuntu 80% coverage. Also, during the event, Benjamin Brito, Valrhona Inc. General Manager, presented the company’s vision and the new brands that are being launched (Norohy Vanilla, Sosa, Adamance Fruit puree), as well as República Del Cacao.
