The artistic Swedish group The Tomorrow Collective, among its many projects, has developed this ingenious kit to prepare natural sweets made directly from seasonal fruits. The intention of the creators is to reclaim the pleasure of sweets by avoiding those less desirable ingredients that the confectionery industry has us used to today. The result may be difficult to find in any shopping center, but one has to admit that it is original, lovely, and could be a source of inspiration for more than one top pastry chef.

Forming part of the Collective, Tessa Geuze will offer from her website the “Something Sweet” kit from this September.
