Puratos has acquired the prestigious École Bellouet Conseil, located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris and a benchmark of culinary excellence for over 35 years.

The multinational is committed to preserving the legacy and tradition of French baking that the school, founded in 1989, represents. “The legacy of this school is a treasure that we are honored to perpetuate. Our global presence will allow us to bring the art of French pastry and bakery to professionals around the world,” says CEO Pierre Tossut.

For his part, Jean-Michel Perruchon, co-founder and director of École Bellouet Conseil, is convinced that “Puratos will bring new energy and innovation.”

École Bellouet Conseil will continue to operate independently of Puratos’ ingredients business. Perruchon will remain actively involved in the project, contributing his experience and leadership.
