Rodrigo Córdoba is the inventor of Tigoût, a machine prototype that offers freshly baked individual portions of pastry in a few minutes. This Argentinian was inspired by capsule coffee makers to develop this innovative device that will be officially presented this September at the IFA consumer electronics fair in Berlin.

Tigoût aspires to be intuitive and easy to use. Just place the frozen capsule of the chosen dessert in the machine and wait for its presentation for five to twelve minutes. You will be able to enjoy a raspberry muffin, an apple crumble, a dulce de leche volcano, or a cheese souffle, among other aromatic recipes. In addition, you can remotely control and order online, and even put two capsules in at the same time. This is the information that can be consulted from the equipment’s website, although the project is very ambitious and hopes to expand and diversify the encapsulated cakes in the future, including incorporating recipes signed by famous chefs. It remains to be seen if the project will take shape and in which markets it will be available.
