Cacao Barry USA expands its prestigious club of ambassadors with Amanda Rockman, who will support the brand by creating recipes, conducting demonstrations, and collaborating with other Ambassadors and Cacao Barry’s team on special projects.
Rockman has extensive experience in fine dining and luxury hotels. Throughout her career, she helped open the three-Michelin-starred restaurant L2O – Laurent Gras’ in 2006, and has received several awards. In 2012 she received the Jean Banchet Pastry Chef of the Year award, was named to Zagat’s 30 under 30 list, and in 2013 The Chicago Tribune proclaimed her Pastry Chef of the Year. They have also been numerous television appearances on shows like Top Chef and Hungry Hound. Recently she has become the Executive Pastry Chef for South Congress Hotel, which opened in September 2015.
