Ibaktech, considered the largest exhibition in Eurasia, will gather the bakery products industry, chocolate, ice cream, and candy producers and professionals in the Horeca sector from April 24 to 27 at the Istanbul Expo Center for the fourteenth time. This year the organization has high expectations since it aims to reach a commercial volume of four billion euros.
