The Barry Callebaut Group will hold its annual seminar for its ambassador brands (Cacao Barry, Callebaut, Chocovic and Carma) in Barcelona, on the 8th, 9th and 10th September. The event will bring together more than 150 chefs from 5 continents, who will enjoy an extensive programme of professional activities, including a visit to the nut plantations of La Morella Nuts in Tarragona. In addition, they will organise conferences, product tastings and gastronomic dinners in exclusive restaurants such as Dos Cielos, Bravo or El Celler de Can Roca.
