Pastry Live is back to Atlanta

Once again, Atlanta will become the capital of American pastry by holding the latest edition of Pastry Live, next August 25th-27th. Young talented chefs and established professionals will demonstrate their skills at the varied competitions proposed and which will be open to the chefs from all over the country.

The competitions proposed are:

  • The Art of Cake
  • The Chocolatier of the Year (Featuring an audience tasting!)
  • The National Showpiece Championship
  • The Signature Plated Dessert
  • The Student Chocolate Challenge

Besides, there will be courses and demonstrations carried out by prestigious chefs of the stature of Jean-Marie Auboine, Jérôme Landrieu, Ewald Notter, Susan Notter, Vincent Pilon and Stéphane Tréand (MOF).

Pastry Atlanta is this year’s new great event. The most important pastry chefs in the city will offer their most outstanding creations and specialties to the public attending the event, who will also have the opportunity to enjoy the candies, ornate sugar and chocolate work, cake artistry and other preparations.

The three-day pass, with admission to the demonstrations and all the competitions is available for $50, and the student pass costs $30.
