Ernst Knam (so good # 13) has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels throughout Europe, and his résumé includes important international awards such as champion in the Coppa del Mondo della Gelateria 2012 as captain of the Italian national team. Now he wants to go a step further, this time as a trainer, with the Knam Experience -Cooking Class, in Sciesa 15, close by his historical pastry shop in Milan.
With the Knam Experience, the chef proposes thematic courses, lasting three hours, in which a maximum of 15 students can develop step-by-step recipes with him from start to finish, with the same ingredients that have made his creations famous, and asking his advice to get the most out of each dish. There are three courses scheduled for spring: “Mousse, Triss and Afrika” to discover the keys of three Knam classics, “Finger Food”, with guidelines for achieving the perfect summer drink, and “Sweet on the plate” with recipes based on fruit, chocolate and spices.
