Since September 29, the people of Nice now have a chocolate version of the famous “Chaise de SAB” by Sabine Géraudie in Pascal Lac’s four boutiques.
This chair, one of the most photographed works on the Riviera and a symbol of Nice, now has a flavor of 68% Caribbean dark chocolate and toasted and caramelized chopped almonds. The master chocolatier wanted to pay homage to the city by, “giving a new look to this blue chair that had fallen into oblivion.”
