The classroom at Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolates welcomed one of the great ambassadors of French ice cream, Alain Chartier, in an exceptional course on sorbets, ice creams, and ice cream desserts.
The new classroom of this esteemed chocolatier in Las Vegas was the scene of some of this MOF Glacier’s most personal ice cream the previous week: Tart’ice (triangle-shaped ice cream cake portions), glasses, ice cream cakes, popsicles, ice cream hamburgers, and other creations that are more in the realm of pastry.
