“I believe in what I do,” the anthem of the FIPGC

With their new anthem, “I believe in what I do,” the Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria (FIPGC) not only again shows their passion and commitment to patisserie, but also wants to encourage professionals to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams.

A lovely gesture from the FIPGC, which is now already fully engaged in preparations for the World Championship of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate FIP2015, to be held on 24 and 25 October in Milan with the theme, “The evolution of technology.”
