On Thursday, September 8, 2016 Ramon Morató offered a one day demonstration of innovative chocolate techniques at the Cacao Barry Chocolate Academy in Tokyo, Japan. As you can see from the photographs the EZtemper played a major role.
Ramon is a world-class chocolatier who has led the Cacao Barry Chocolate Academy in Barcelona for 20 years. He is the recipient of the M.M.A.P.E. 97, the highest distinction for Spanish confectioners and won the Prize for the Best World Book 2007 on chocolate with his work Chocolate.
