Rémy Cointreau launches ‘caketails’ created by Otto Tay and Manuel Bouillet
From the collaboration of bartenders and pastry chefs can arise tastings as creative as caketails, which the consumer can enjoy at the same time as a cocktail and custom-made finger food. Caketails is the new concept imagined by Rémy Cointreau Gastronomie.
Through Foodpairing, based on the principle that foods can be combined when they share major flavor components, the caketail is a new offer of consumption just like tea time or afternoon lunch, with an attractive originality.
Rémy Cointreau Gastronomie also wanted to launch their first caketails inspired by Cointreau cocktails with the collaboration of two renowned international pastry chefs: Otto Tay, 2019 World Pastry Champion on the Malaysian team, and Manuel Bouillet, when he was Executive Pastry Chef at L’Arôme Institut Culinaire Français in Shanghai.
