To celebrate its 80th anniversary, Les Vergers Boiron has proposed to some of its associated chefs to design an original recipe (pastry, cocktail, ice cream, etc.) using its fruit purées. The preparations will be published in a special recipe book in December.
To make this anniversary even more magical, the company has launched a competition on Instagram which is open to chefs, pastry chefs, ice cream makers, and mixologists to prepare and share a savory creation or sweet, using one or more purées from Les Vergers Boiron. A total of eight publications -the seven that have obtained the most likes and one chosen by the team- will be included, accompanied by a portrait/testimony, in the recipe book that commemorates the brand’s 80th anniversary. As the rules indicate, registration is open until May 27.
