The latest edition of Gulfood, which was held at the end of February at the Dubai World Trade Center, once again presented itself as a great showcase of trends for the Middle East.

The fair, which was once again attended by the so good.. magazine team, gathered more than 5,000 leading food and beverage companies, 100,000 new products from more than 125 countries, as well as more than 100 experts from 30 countries who shared original ideas on industry trends, and fifteen Michelin-starred chefs who gave creative masterclasses.

Among the main activities of the fair we highlight the launch of Dubai World Cuisine, a movement that aims to provide a platform for local chefs to collaboratively shape Dubai’s cultural identity and establish it on the world’s culinary map.
