On 7 and 8 November, the 16th edition of the Trophée Pascal Caffet, headed by the MOF Pascal Caffet (so good #13), at the Salon de la Gastronomie held in Troyes Expo Cube.

The participants had to develop an artistic piece and three types of bonbons, all in chocolate, in a maximum of nine hours.

To assess the work of the candidates, the jury took into account the choice of theme, artistic value, the result, hygiene and mastery.

The first prize, worth 2,000 euros, went to Yoann Laval (Villa Florentine); the second prize of 760 euros, and the special bonbon prizes, of 500 euros, for Haruka Atsuji (Franck Kestener) and the third prize of 300 euros went to Clement Martin (Frédéric Haweker).
