Darren Purchese (so good #13) is currently finishing his new book Lamingtons & Lemon Tart which will be published next October. On this occasion, the Australian, renowned for his exquisite and extravagant sweet creations, unveils the secrets of classic desserts such as lemon tarts to home cooks.

However, this is not the only news that comes from the owner, pastry chef and creative force behind the popular Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio in Melbourne. Throughout 2016, Purchese plans to carry out an interesting professional project in Sydney, of which we will give details soon.
