Our smaller sphere molds are great for agar and gelatin set recipes, hydrocolloid work, inclusion and general confectionery. The sphere molds are available in sizes .5″ (13mm), .75″ (19mm), 1″ (23mm), 1.25″ (32mm), and 1.5″ (38mm). Made with durable Flex & Bake platinum silicone, these food-contact safe molds can be used for baking up to 450° F./ 232° C. These sphere molds can be used with blast freezers and liquid nitrogen.
