Innovative Silikomart molds for baked pastry with TPLUS +

Silikomart presents a new range of professional molds for baked pastry, dedicated to travel cakes and viennoiserie. It was developed thanks to TPLUS +, an innovative non-stick baking material that is shockproof and resistant to high temperatures up to 180°C (356°F).

On the one hand, this range consists of the Rome525 and Paris550 travel cakes, with a unique shape and homogeneous cooking and coloring. These molds are ideal for creating cakes, puff pastry, leavened bakery, and sandwich bread for 4-6 portions. In particular, the Rome525 was made to obtain a 3D cylindrical shape from the bottom to the top for the first time in baked pastry, while the Paris550 ensures a cavity for fillings and flawless decorations thanks to the practical insert supplied that must be placed in the base before filling.

And on the other hand, the new cutters Lunettes (sunglasses), Marguerite (daisy), and Papillon (butterfly) were created for cutting and baking puff pastry, leavened dough, and shortcrust pastry directly in the mold. They allow you to produce filled viennoiseries with a single cutter kit, for a perfect match between stuffed base and the top, guaranteeing excellent engraving properties and a clean and precise cut. Each kit consists of two cutters that, combined, provide a three-dimensional effect and unique design.

TPLUS +, which ensures perfect cooking, is the result of the long and attentive research by Silikomart designers in collaboration with hangar78, the Food and Pastry Innovation Laboratory.
