Traditional and modern, bright and elegant, familiar and at the same time unique. This is the Chocolate World 2023 mold collection.
When designing it, the manufacturer of automatic tempering machines, polycarbonate molds, equipment, and efficient tools for the chocolate industry, listened to the needs of chefs and wanted to adapt to current times. The result is new faceted shapes and an expansion of the range of one-shot-friendly shapes.
In this collection, Chocolate World has also collaborated with two great professionals to create two signature molds. Specifically with Nick Kunst, who after 15 years working as a chef around the world has chosen a different path as a chocolatier, as well as with Paul Wagemaker, owner of the Chocolate Planet shop who was among the top 10 in the competition The Best Bonbon of the Netherlands in 2021.
