Chocado, the new range of molds designed by chocolatiers, has been born. This is the result of long research between the designers of Silikomart Professional and the Hangar78 innovation center. A line that is characterized by being made with high quality materials such as TritanTM that has excellent thermal and mechanical resistance, withstands frequent washing without damaging the shape of the molds, and does not contain Bisphenol A, a chemical substance dangerous to health.
Chocado is made up of three kits –Semisfera 01, Quadro 01 and Ovale 01– made up of a Tritan mold and a silicone mold with a perfect size to make flawless fillings. In this way, chocolatiers and pastry chefs have the possibility of combining different flavors and new textures. An example is the so-called “Summer chocolates”, bonbons stuffed with fruit that can be consumed even in the hottest months.
Within the Chocado range, Silikomart also presents unique and original collections designed by four renowned international pastry chefs: Andrey Dubovik (Bolla), Vincent Guerlais (Riga), Kirsten Tibballs (Goccia), and David Vidal (Onda). Collections formed by a Praline, a Snack Bar, and a Tablette designed to be extra in the showcases in a simple but impressive way, leaving space to the imagination and interpretation of the professional.
