Vincent Guerlais, President of Relais Desserts since 2018, founded La Chocolaterie Vincent Guerlais in Nantes. This establishment has since expanded to numerous points of sale in the region, as well as in Japan.
In 2018, he gave his business a new boost by deciding to create his own *cacaofacture*: his own cocoa processing workshop, where he oversees every stage of the process, from the selection of the cocoa beans to the packaging of his chocolate bars.
