Pierre Hubert has been passionate about pastry since the age of 14. Throughout his career, he has honed his craft alongside some of France’s most respected pastry chefs, including Laurent Le Daniel (Rennes), Romaric Boilley (Délices des Sens, Lyon), Pierre-Yves Kermarec (Histoire de Chocolat, Brest), and Sébastien Brocard (Saint-Genis-Pouilly).
A member of the prestigious Relais Desserts association and owner of three pastry shops in Dijon, Pierre is driven by a constant desire to explore new flavors and create innovative pastry experiences.
