This Italian chef has developed his career in numerous countries and alongside renowned chefs. Throughout his career, highlights include his time in his native Naples—where a cuisine and pastry tradition centered on olive oil laid the foundation for his culinary vision—and his time in various Latin American countries, which allowed him to discover the full potential of cacao in its place of origin.
In 2020, he settled in Tuscany and took over the management of the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurants Saporium and the Relais & Châteaux Borgo Santo Pietro. Borgo is a source of inspiration, due to its landscape and culture, among other factors. Thanks to the crops and small farms located in and around the property, Sforza cultivates and enhances numerous products, both wild and domestic, from local farms and orchards.
