Jonathan Mougel decided to become a pastry chef during his childhood while baking cakes at home with his family. Then, at school during a placement where he learned about different companies, he met Christian Perret, a pastry chef who helped guide his career.
One of the 2018 Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF), Mougel is the current director of the Bellouet Conseil school, following the retirement of Jean-Michel Perruchon. His main objective is to preserve its spirit and maintain Bellouet Conseil as a benchmark for pastry chefs worldwide.
