Of Argentinean origin, Carito Lourenço has a solid culinary and pastry training that helps her create desserts with great personality and a refined gastronomic sense.
Alongside chef Germán Carrizo, she has launched the Michelin-starred Fierro restaurant in Valencia (Spain) and the Tándem Gastronómico consultancy, with which they have helped professionals from around the world better define a business idea and design a gastronomic proposal accordingly.
