Alexis Sanson

Alexis Sanson, current director of the Chocolate Academy in Paris, has already earned a welldeserved reputation as a leading exponent of a new generation of French patisserie chefs and chocolatiers.

This chef trained alongside Christophe Roussel and Sébastien Odet, and received inspiration and sound advice from Yvan Chevalier, Guillaume Mabilleau, and Maxime Frédéric.

His passion for transmitting knowledge stems from his experience as a trainer at centers such as INBP in Rouen and l’Académie des Experts chez Délice & Création.
