Cédric Grolet opens his dream chocolate shop in Paris

The menu features bonbons, tablets, chocolate bars, biscuits, and pâte à tartiner.
With this boutique, the chef invites guests on a sensory journey through dark, milk, and white chocolate, highlighting the quality of the raw materials. His philosophy is based on a simple conviction: chocolate should be conceived as a dessert. Each praline, ganache, or confection is born from Grolet’s creativity and crafted with care by his master chocolatiers.


It all began with a childhood dream of Grolet’s: to create a chocolate factory with a magical universe where creations come to life. He has now made it possible with this shop, which also impresses with its decor. The centerpiece, visible from the street, is a cascade of melted chocolate that perfumes the air. And right next to it, trees adorned with whole peanuts, cocoa pods, and pistachios catch the eye.
