The popular television show “Bake Off: The Professionals” has opened casting for its 12th season. Applications will be accepted until September 18th.

They are looking for teams of two professional chefs (a captain and an assistant) residing in the UK. They are not required to work at the same establishment; they simply need to be talented pastry chefs who want to progress, challenge themselves, and show the world that pastry is a true culinary art.

One of the show’s judges, Benoit Blin, says, “We have chefs from big hotels to small independents, and each and every one surprises me equally with their creativity. What excites me the most is when a team brings us a fantastic creation, that we only wish we had thought of ourselves!”
