Anne Coruble, pastry chef at Palace Peninsula Paris, has been named Pastry Chef of the Year 2026 by the Gault & Millau gastronomic guide. This award recognizes professionals who have consistently demonstrated their ability to combine technique and creativity.

“For me, pastry is a language made of passion, of transmission, and of sharing. I am very proud to experience this moment with my team,” she stated.
