Anne Coruble, named Pastry Chef of the Year 2026 by Gault & Millau

Ana RodríguezAnne Coruble, pastry chef at Palace Peninsula Paris, has been named Pastry Chef of the Year 2026 by the Gault & Millau gastronomic guide. This award recognizes professionals who have consistently demonstrated their ability to combine technique and creativity.
“For me, pastry is a language made of passion, of transmission, and of sharing. I am very proud to experience this moment with my team,” she stated.
Originally from Normandy, she joined Peninsula Paris in 2019 as Sous Chef of R&D, before being appointed pastry chef alongside David Bizet in 2021. Her pastry is distinguished by its subtle balance between refined aesthetics and surprising flavors, where each dessert tells a story.
Coruble, who will be one of the featured chefs in the upcoming issue of so good.. magazine 35, has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including Pastry Chef of the Year 2024 from La Liste.
