The trade fair Host 2025, held last October in Milan, gathered 2,050 exhibitors from 52 countries and more than 700 high-level invited buyers from around the world, along with a steady increase in visitors from every continent. While Europe confirmed its strength, with remarkable growth in countries like Denmark (+45%) and Germany (+16%), double-digit increases were even more striking in non-European markets such as Brazil (+29%), the United States (+27%), the United Arab Emirates (+21%), and Australia (+20%).

With more than 800 events and over 3,000 participants—including academics, independent experts, senior industry executives, designers, master craftspeople, and chefs—Host 2025 became a dynamic space where innovation and training came together to shape the future of hospitality. This edition focused on quality, functionality, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as automation, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence—key factors for redefining consumer experiences and new business models.

Among the most popular competitions was the Panettone World Championship 2025, which returned to Host with its team format. Taiwan took first place, followed by Argentina and Australia.

Looking ahead, Host’s global expansion continues with Host Arabia, scheduled for Riyadh from December 15-17 in collaboration with local partner Semark, and a new partnership with NAFEM (North American Food Equipment Manufacturers Association) that will bring the brand to the United States starting in 2027.
