On January 18 and 19, 2026, Sirha Bake & Snack Europain in Paris will host the European qualifiers for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.

The big news for this edition is that the entire team will be able to compete. Let’s remember that a few years ago, the decision was made to limit participation in the European Pastry Cup to two of the three members of each team, with the ice cream contender being excluded. 

We will soon be able to provide more details about the countries that will compete in this semifinal with the aim of qualifying for the grand final, which will take place in January 2027 in Lyon.
