Nicoll Notter wins the US Pastry Competition 2015
Last 2015-March, The International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York held again the US Pastry Competition. The only 22 years old Nicoll Notter won this time, while John Cook was second and Nicolas Chevrieaux was third. Monica Ng also got a special award. The Theme of this edition was “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend”. Susan and Ewald Notter celebrated the praiseworthy victory of his son.
