Two years ago Martin Diez gave a funny and unforgettable pastry class at the Kiev International Culinary Academy, founded in Kiev in 2013 to promote high standard of French pastry schools in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

During his training, the Pastry Chef of Cacao Barry’s French Chocolate Academy elaborated chocolate bonbons, tarts, cakes and individual cakes, verrines … elegant and artistic creations that follow modern fashion and confirming why Martin is currently one of the biggest names in patisserie.
