A Gingerbread Casa Batlló
The idea was simple enough: to build a gingerbread house. And in less than a month, Modernist Cuisine’s team, led by Francisco Migoya (so good #5 & #6), created a replica of the Casa Batlló as a tribute to the Catalan modernist architect, Antoni Gaudí.
Everything is edible, from the windows and doors to the façade.
