On 18, 19 and 20 March, a new edition of the Jour du macaron will be held, organized by La Maison Pierre Hermé Paris and the Relais Desserts Association and dedicated to the fight against cystic fibrosis.
Although the event is next Monday, the official launch will take place today, 16 March. Relais Desserts will present the Journée du Savoir-Faire in Le Cordon Bleu. A unique experience in which Pierre Hermé, Jean-Paul Hévin, Claire Damon, Laurent Duchêne, Vincent Guerlais, Thierry Mulhaupt, Jérémy Del Val, and Nicolas Boucher of the Maison Dalloyau (so good #8) will reveal their secrets for macaron production. The benefits of the entrance, 25 euros, will go to Vaincre la Mucoviscidose.
